Robert Siegel is a Senior Washington Correspondent for NPR. He has been covering national politics since 1982 and has reported on many of the major events of the past few decades. Siegel has won numerous awards for his reporting, including multiple Peabody Awards and a George Foster Peabody Award. He is also a frequent commentator on NPR's Morning Edition and All Things Considered.
