Roelf Meyer is a South African politician and former Minister of Constitutional Development and Co-ordination. He played a key role in the negotiations that led to the end of apartheid in South Africa. Meyer was a member of the National Party and served as Minister of Constitutional Development and Co-ordination from 1994 to 1996. He is known for his work on the country's transition to democracy and his efforts to promote reconciliation and nation-building. Meyer has also written extensively on politics and governance. He is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
