Roger de Flor
Roger de Flor was a Catalan nobleman and military leader who played a significant role in the medieval history of the Mediterranean. He is best known for his involvement with the Templar Knights and his later career as a Byzantine general. De Flor was born around 1285 in Tarragona, Catalonia. He fought in the Battle of Pelecanus and later became a general in the Byzantine Empire. De Flor died in 1315.
