Rolf Potts

Rolf Potts is an American author, journalist, and photographer known for his work on food systems and sustainability. Born in Los Angeles, California, he studied English at the University of California, Berkeley. After graduating, Potts traveled extensively throughout Asia and Europe, writing articles and books on food culture and culinary traditions. His book 'On Writing Like a Spy' is a memoir about his experiences as a journalist and spy for Time magazine.
