About Ron
Ron Cey is a former American professional baseball player and coach. He played in Major League Baseball for 17 seasons, primarily as a third baseman for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Cey was a key member of the Dodgers' 1981 World Series championship team. After his playing career, Cey went on to become a coach and scout for the Dodgers. He was inducted into the Dodgers Hall of Fame in 2000.
