Ron Powers

Ron Powers is an American journalist and author. He is best known for his book The God of Broken Things, which won the National Book Award in 1990. Powers has also written for various publications, including The Washington Post and The New York Times. He is a professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has been involved in various charitable organizations throughout his career.
