Ronnie Schell was an American actor and comedian. He is best known for his roles in the TV series Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. and the comedy film The Apartment. Schell was also a popular radio personality and voice actor. He was born on November 26, 1927, in New York City and passed away on December 17, 2020. Schell was married to actress and singer, Mary Ann Jackson, and had two children. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in the Korean War. Schell was a talented improviser and was known for his quick wit and comedic timing.
