Ruben Carranza is a Filipino-American lawyer and former Commissioner of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG). He served as the PCGG's Chairman from 1992 to 1998 and was instrumental in investigating and exposing the Marcos regime's ill-gotten wealth. Carranza is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law and has worked as a lawyer and government official for many years.
