Rueben George

Rueben George is a leader and advocate for the Tsleil-Waututh Nation, a Indigenous community in British Columbia, Canada. He has worked tirelessly to protect the rights and interests of his people, particularly in regards to environmental and land rights. George has been a vocal critic of the impacts of climate change on Indigenous communities and has worked to raise awareness about these issues. He has also been involved in various initiatives to promote reconciliation and understanding between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples. George is based on the Tsleil-Waututh Nation reserve.
