Samir Saran

Samir Saran is an Indian diplomat and academic. He is the president of the Observer Research Foundation, a think tank based in New Delhi. Saran has worked in various roles in the Indian government, including as the director of the Centre for the Study of the United States and Asia at the Observer Research Foundation. He has also served as the deputy national security advisor to the Prime Minister of India. Saran has written extensively on Indian foreign policy and has appeared on various news programs.
