Samit Basu

Samit Basu is an Indian author, screenwriter, and television writer. He is best known for his work on the BBC America series Humans. Basu was born in 1975 in Mumbai, India. He studied at the University of Mumbai and later moved to the UK, where he worked as a screenwriter for several television shows. He is the author of several novels, including The City of Thorns and The Song of Achilles. Basu is also a vocal advocate for social justice and has written extensively on issues related to technology and society.
