Spanish politician and former deputy secretary general of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). Born in 1968 in Madrid, Spain. Graduated in law from the Complutense University of Madrid. Served as a deputy in the Congress of Deputies from 2004 to 2019. Resigned as deputy secretary general of the PSOE in 2023.
