Sergej Prokofiev

Sergej Prokofiev was a Russian composer and pianist who was one of the most important figures in 20th-century classical music. He was known for his innovative and eclectic style, which incorporated elements of jazz, folk music, and ballet. Prokofiev was a prolific composer and wrote over 100 works, including symphonies, operas, and chamber music. He was also a talented pianist and performed with many of the leading orchestras of his time. Prokofiev was a native Russian and passed away in 1953.
