Serhij Tkacz

Serhij Tkacz is a Ukrainian serial killer and necrophile. He was born in 1955 and grew up in Ukraine. Tkacz was a member of the Ukrainian mafia and was involved in various criminal activities, including murder and extortion. He was arrested in 1990 and confessed to over 100 murders. Tkacz was sentenced to life in prison in 1991. He died in prison in 2016. Tkacz's crimes were highly publicized in Ukraine and he became known as one of the country's most notorious serial killers.
