Shih Jung-yen is a Taiwanese basketball coach and former player. He has coached several teams in the Women's Basketball League in Taiwan and has also been involved in various charity work. Shih has been a vocal advocate for sports development and education in Taiwan. He is a graduate of National Taiwan University and has a master's degree in sports management from the University of Oregon.
