Shrey Agarwal

Shrey Agarwal is a young entrepreneur and environmentalist. He grew up in Darjeeling, India, where his family owns a tea estate. Shrey graduated from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science at Pilani, majoring in mechanical engineering and chemistry. He founded Alt Carbon to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere using Enhanced Rock Weathering, a geoengineering technique. Shrey is passionate about sustainability and has been recognized for his innovative approach to carbon removal. He is based in India.
