Sir Malcolm Speed

Sir Malcolm Speed is a former chairman of the West Indies Cricket Board. He was appointed to the position in 2006 and served until 2009. During his tenure, Speed was accused of being closely tied to Allen Stanford and of using his position to embezzle millions of dollars from the cricket board. Speed has denied any wrongdoing and has maintained that he was unaware of Stanford's activities. He has also been accused of using his wealth and influence to bribe officials and cover up his crimes.
