Sir William Barrett was an Irish physicist and medium who wrote extensively on the topic of near-death experiences. He is best known for his book Deathbed Visions: How the Dead Talk to the Dying. Barrett was a prominent figure in the spiritualist movement and was known for his work on the paranormal. He is based in Ireland.
