About St.
St. Nicholas of Flue was a Swiss Catholic priest and martyr who lived in the 15th century. He was born in 1417 and died in 1487. Nicholas is best known for his piety and his role as a spiritual leader in his community. He was also known for his kindness and generosity, particularly towards children. Nicholas is the subject of this episode of The Saint of the Day Podcast.
