Stephan Bredell

Stephan Bredell is a South African entrepreneur and business leader. He co-founded Platō Coffee with his brother Petrus in 2019, which has since grown into a fast-growing specialty coffee chain across South Africa. Bredell has spoken publicly about the challenges and opportunities of building a successful business from scratch. A graduate of Stellenbosch University, Bredell holds an MBA and has extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
