Stijn Donders is a Dutch aikido sensei and instructor who specializes in the application of Stoic principles in martial arts. He is the founder of the Stoicijnschool, a school that teaches Stoicism and Aikido. Stijn has been teaching Aikido for over 20 years and has written several books on the subject. He is also a frequent guest on Dutch radio and television programs.
