Stuart Rosenberg was an American film director and screenwriter. He was born in 1927 and died in 1997. Rosenberg directed several films, including Cool Hand Luke, The Dirty Dozen, and The Seven-Ups. He was known for his work on classic films and was a pioneer of the American New Wave. Rosenberg was also a talented screenwriter and wrote several films, including The Dirty Dozen.
