Irish revolutionary
Sydney Arnold was a Latvian-Irish revolutionary who participated in two revolutions in Ireland and Russia in the early 20th century. He was a key figure in the Irish independence movement and was contemporaneous with Ho Chi Minh in Moscow. Like McKenna, Arnold's life was marked by secrecy and intrigue, and he left few records of his activities. Casey's research has shed new light on Arnold's life and legacy.
