Ties Rabe

Ties Rabe is a German politician. He served as the Senator for Education, Science and Culture of Hamburg from 2011 to 2022. Rabe is known for his efforts to improve the education system in Hamburg, including the implementation of Ganztagsschulen (full-day schools) and the Viereinhalbjährigen-Untersuchung (six-yearly examination). He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD).
