Todd Harrison

Todd Harrison is a defense policy analyst and senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. He has served as a senior vice president and head of research at Metrea, a defense consulting firm. Harrison has also worked at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He is a captain in the US Air Force Reserve and has written extensively on defense policy. Harrison is known for his expertise on the US military and its budget.
