Tokyo Rose was a radio host who broadcast propaganda for Japan during World War II. She was born Josephine Ruth Stafford and was known for her seductive voice and charming on-air personality. Tokyo Rose's broadcasts were widely listened to and helped to boost Japanese morale during the war.
