Toni Bolaño

Toni Bolaño is a Spanish novelist, essayist, and literary critic. He is best known for his novels such as '2666' and 'The Savage Detectives'. Bolaño was born in Santiago, Chile, and later moved to Spain, where he became a prominent figure in the Spanish literary scene. He has received numerous awards for his work, including the Rómulo Gallegos Prize and the National Book Critics Circle Award. Bolaño passed away in 2003, but his work continues to be widely read and studied.
