Tsutomu Yamaguchi

Tsutomu Yamaguchi was a Japanese nuclear physicist who survived the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He was the only person to survive both bombings and went on to become a prominent advocate for nuclear disarmament. Yamaguchi was born in 1924 and passed away in 2010. He is remembered as a hero and a symbol of hope in the face of tragedy.
