Ursula Andress

Ursula Andress was a Swiss actress and model. She is best known for her role as Honey Ryder in the 1962 James Bond film "Dr. No". Andress was born on March 19, 1936, in Kitzbühel, Austria. She began her career as a model, appearing on the covers of numerous fashion magazines. Andress then transitioned to acting, appearing in a number of films and television shows. She was known for her beauty and charisma on screen, and became a sex symbol of the 1960s. Andress was also a talented dancer and singer, and appeared in several musicals and stage productions. She was married to actor and director Dirk Bogarde from 1966 to 1971. Andress passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 85.
