Valerie Popov

Valerie Popov is the deputy director of the Carnegie Moscow Center, a leading think tank on Russian affairs. She has been a prominent voice on Russian politics and foreign policy, and has written extensively on topics such as the Ukraine crisis and the US-Russia relationship. Popov has also served as a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She has a Ph.D. in international relations from the University of Oxford.
