Valerie Simon

Valerie Simon is a Certified IFS Therapist, a Trainer, Educator, and Practitioner of psychodrama. She is the Founder and Director of The Inner Stage, a group private practice in NYC where she works with adults recovering from trauma. Valerie specializes in working with performers and other public figures. She is also a Certified Experiential Therapist. Valerie runs groups and intensives, and supervises and trains other practitioners in her hybrid method of IFS and psychodrama called Play Your Parts.
