Veronica McGregor

Veronica McGregor is a seasoned legal professional with a strong background in technology and finance. She has served as Chief Legal Officer of Exodus since January 2022, and prior to that, she was the chief legal officer of ShapeShift from 2018 to 2021. Veronica has also worked as a partner at Goodwin Proctor and Hogan Lovells, where she specialized in assisting companies navigate state and federal laws and regulations related to digital assets. Veronica has a Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.
