Vincent Rigby

Vincent Rigby is a Canadian diplomat and former Secretary of the Treasury Board Secretariat. He served as the Secretary of the Treasury Board Secretariat and the Secretary of the Privy Council Office. Rigby has also served as the Secretary of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. He is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and has served in various roles, including as the Director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. Rigby has been a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for over 30 years and has served in various roles, including as the Commander of the Canadian Forces in Afghanistan.
