Vladimir Dostoevsky was a Russian novelist, journalist, and philosopher. He is best known for his novels such as 'Crime and Punishment' and 'The Brothers Karamazov'. Dostoevsky was a prominent figure in Russian literature and is widely regarded as one of the greatest writers of all time. He was born in Moscow, Russia in 1821 and died in 1881.
