Wallace D. Wattles was an American author, philosopher, and lecturer. He is best known for his 1910 book 'The Science of Getting Rich'. Wattles was born in 1870 in New York City and died in 1921. He was a prominent figure in the New Thought movement and wrote several books on spirituality and personal development. Wattles' work continues to be widely read and studied today.
