Wendy Red Star

Wendy Red Star is a multimedia artist and educator who grew up on the Crow Indian Reservation in Montana. She is a photographer, sculptor, fiber artist, and performance artist who uses her work to celebrate Native American identity and challenge stereotypes. Red Star has exhibited her work internationally and has received numerous awards for her art. She is also a professor at the University of Montana and has taught art and Native American studies at various institutions.
