Wendy Sherman

Wendy Sherman is an American diplomat and politician who served as the United States Ambassador to Iran from 2013 to 2017. She was a key advisor to President Barack Obama on Iran nuclear negotiations and was a strong advocate for the Iran nuclear deal. Sherman has also served as a member of the Democratic National Committee and has been a vocal critic of Republican policies.
