Wilbur J. Cohen

Wilbur J. Cohen was an American politician and economist. He served as the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare from 1965 to 1969. Cohen was a prominent figure in the Democratic Party and was known for his work on social welfare programs. He was a professor at Stanford University and wrote several books on economics and politics.
