William Desmond Taylor

William Desmond Taylor was an American film director, actor, and screenwriter. He was one of the most prominent directors of the silent film era and was known for his work on films such as 'The Red Kimono' and 'The Affair of the Necklace'. Taylor was also a prominent figure in Hollywood's social scene and was known for his lavish parties and high-society connections. He was found dead in his home on February 2nd, 1922, under mysterious circumstances.
