William Gaxton was an American actor and radio personality. He was a popular host of the Lux Radio Theatre, a series of radio adaptations of Hollywood films. Gaxton was known for his smooth voice and charismatic stage presence. He appeared in numerous films and stage productions throughout his career. Born in 1904, Gaxton passed away in 1971. He was a beloved figure in American entertainment.
