Winsome Sears is an American politician serving as the Lieutenant Governor of Virginia since 2022. She is a member of the Republican Party and previously served as the President Pro Tempore of the Virginia Senate. Sears is the first African American woman to hold the office of Lieutenant Governor in Virginia. She is a strong advocate for conservative policies and has been a vocal supporter of the Republican Party.
