Xie Lingyun

Xie Lingyun (c. 400-465 CE) was a Chinese scholar, politician, and poet. He is best known for his contributions to the development of Chinese literature and his role in the Jin dynasty. Xie Lingyun was born in the state of Qi and studied under the famous scholar, Liu Xie. He later became a prominent figure in the Jin court, serving as a historian, philosopher, and politician. Xie Lingyun is also known for his poetry and his contributions to the development of Chinese literature.
