Yana Abu Taleb

Yana Abu Taleb is a Palestinian environmentalist and peace activist. She is the founder and executive director of EcoPeace, a non-profit organization that promotes peace and environmental protection in the Middle East. Abu Taleb has worked extensively on water and energy issues in the region and has been a vocal advocate for sustainable development and conflict resolution. She has received numerous awards for her work, including the Right Livelihood Award. Abu Taleb is also a skilled diplomat and has played a key role in negotiating agreements between Israel and Jordan on water and energy issues. She is widely recognized as one of the leading experts on water and energy issues in the Middle East.
