Yui Tsurui

Yui Tsurui is a conservation biologist and resident of Tsurui Village in Hokkaido, Japan. She has worked extensively on the conservation of the white-tailed eagle and other wildlife in the region. Tsurui is also a member of the Tsurui Village community and has been involved in efforts to preserve the village's traditional way of life. She has a master's degree in biology from Hokkaido University.
