Zaynab bint Muhammad

Zaynab bint Muhammad was the daughter of the Islamic prophet Muhammad and the wife of Abu al-Abbas as-Saffah, the first caliph of Islam. She was born in Mecca and was known for her piety and her role in the early history of Islam. Zaynab played a significant role in the transmission of the Quran and was one of the most important female figures in early Islam. She died in Medina in 680 CE.
