Zhang Kai-shun is a Taiwanese politician and gallery director who has served as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Taipei City Government. He is also the Director of the Apollo Art Gallery in Taipei. Zhang has been a strong advocate for arts and culture in Taipei, and has been instrumental in organizing various cultural events and festivals in the city.
