Its philosophy is not spiritual, but its roots can be traced to various world religions, like Buddhism, Judaism and Christianity. And its psychology may appear intimidating, but it’s quite rudimentary when we understand each of us had unmet needs as children. That has led us to wonder as adults, “what’s missing inside me?”
