010: The Ceremony of Birth & Parenting with Dr. Nathan Riley

Since I will be stepping into fatherhood in the coming months, so much of my time has been devoted to learning about this journey. Today, I am so excited to sit down with Dr. Nathan Riley, The Holistic OBGYN. We talk about the consequences of modern intervention in the birthing process, the responsibilities of a father, what to expect in the birthing process, and so much more. Nathan is incredibly smart but also so heart-centered in all the work that he does and this conversation blew my mind wide open.
