079 Harvey Goldberg has been in the music world of The Late Show for decades still loves every minute of it

For over 5 decades, Harvey Goldberg has worked deep in the music business. He began his career as a studio audio engineer working with major acts and the best studio musicians around. In the mid 90's he started collaborating with Late Show with David Letterman helping out with the rehearsal, production, and mixing of the musical performances on the show, and by the turn of the century he was there full time. Harvey has worked with most of the biggest musical acts in history, and is extremely grateful for the moments he got to be a part of. He and Mike have a tremendous conversation about the nuances of working with some of these acts, getting them ready for television, and the details in how the performances are presented.
