Today we’re joined by John Briggs of Incite Tax. John is featured as a case study in Dr. Sabrina’s latest book, How to Hire the Best: The Entrepreneur's Ultimate Guide to Attracting Top-Performing Team Members. Currently, John has 26 team members and his business is growing. Needless to say, hiring is a top focus at Incite Tax. John does a lot to make his business a great place to work and to develop his team. 

On today’s episode, John shares some of his insights around the importance of one-to-one meetings with team members, why he spends so much time getting to know his team members, as well as why he encourages his leaders to do the same.
